Q: We plan to join the tour on May 12 at ontario airport What should we do after we arrive at ontarion? can we go directly to the hotel (where and how/any adviseabout transportation from ontario?) or should we go to LAX to meet you? If we arrive at noon, could you recommend any tour for LA ?

You can just self transfer to the first nights' hotel, as this will be closer to the Ontario airport.
The hotels used most often for this tour are located in Fullerton or La Mirada.
No, we do not currently have a tour of LA that is in the afternoon.

For the 3-Day Las Vegas tour, there is a pick-up time for 7am at the Holiday Inn in La Mirada.
On the way back, the nearest drop-off to Ontario airport is the HK Market in West Covina. You would have to provide your own transportation to the airport.

As stated in the pricing section, all personal expenses including hotel room service and meals are not included in your package; however, you have the option to pay for meals that tour guide arranges.
Depending on your departure date, there may be an optional night tour of LA available for purchase from your tour guide while on tour.

The total amount would be $396.00 for you 5 passengers staying one triple room and one double room. All of rooms are default non-smoking double rooms meaning there will be 2 queen size or full size beds (bed sizes are no guaranteed).
Please kindly note seats at the front of the bus are arranged based on a "first come, first serve" policy for the first day of the tour. The tour guide will rotate and arrange seats for guests daily for the rest of their time on tour. If you have any special request on the seats, please simply consult with the guide when on the tour.

The tour you are interested in is not available for May 29.
The tour usually drops travelers off at LAX by around 5:00 pm.
We will be happy to arrange extensions for you near the airport, with rates as low as $99 per room per night.

No, the airport transfer is only available on the first day of the tour.
The only exception is if you book the pre-tour extension through our company at the hotels we use on tour.
We would then offer early pickup service and transfer to that hotel.
